Student Biographical Update
The school stresses the importance of communication with parents via mail; therefore, it is important that your correct address be on file. If you change your address, please bring the Student Biographical Corrections Form and proper identification to Ms. LaMonica in The Program Office (Room 201).
Applying for ACT Test Accommodations for Students with Disabilities
Please be aware that parents of students with disabilities may be able to request extended time on national testing or special testing. In order to qualify, a student must have a professionally diagnosed condition, have appropriate documentation on file at school, and receive extended time for test in school due to disability.

New IEP Form and Information Sessions
The State developed a new electronic form to help IEP teams focus on services that are most important for your child and to reduce variation of IEP forms across New York State. Please learn more about the new form and IEP information sessions.
Applying for Testing Accommodations with The College Board
Parents wishing to apply for testing accommodations for exams offered by The College Board must apply at http://www.collegeboard.com/ssd/student/index.html. College Board tests include the PSAT, the SAT, the SAT II, and AP exams.

If your child received accommodations or health services last year and the school does not have the appropriate paperwork, we will contact you and ask you to send us the 504 request as soon as possible. If you would like to apply for the first time for these services, please send the paperwork as soon as you have it completed.
